I think I wasn’t expecting to like the first book. And I loved the second! And although I don’t know how the series ends I know it’s terrible and maybe I’m avoiding it? Like Nehemia dying just really twisted my heart and the idea of that only getting worse…. I’m genuinely terrified lol
