Dr. Hart lays a foundational claim that with America’s vision of pursuit of happiness being an unalienable right to all citizens, people are well within their constitutional rights to consume drugs responsibly as an extension of that very pursuit. His later angle as a neuropharmacologist and responsible drug user effectively pulls back the veil on drug regulation.
