robin’s fear of losing his native tongue from being drowned in english, latin, and greek is pretty relatable. i speak enough bangla to get by (but even that’s generous), but i find myself mourning the time i could’ve spent perfecting my language rather than being swamped with english encyclopedias and documentaries. damn you national geographic 😤
