This is the first good book in this series to keep me intrigued u fortunately because it has a lot less aelin and more of characters I actually enjoy. Aelin continues to get away with not thinking about anyone else. Chaol calls her out, and she gets mad cuz she can’t force him around like Aedion and Rowan. She’s starting to seem more like a dictator than a queen
