A culturally interesting fact is that England still has a queen, although she has no power. The conflict this far has been John Watson trying to adjust to civilian life and his new roommate. He is doing very well with both, getting a therapist and trying to understand Sherlock and his habits.

England is about the size of Alabama. Sherlock has arrested the cabbie, and is bringing him to the police station. There isn't much conflict, just and explanation of how Sherlock solved the case

People in Great Britain actually say cheerio. That's not just a stereotype, it's a real thing. So far, the murder plot gets more complicated and seems unsolvable. Sherlock's conflict is solving the case while dealing with two idiot policemen and trying to figure out which clues are pertinent to the case and which clues are actually true
