End of book 2. Wow. I’m speechless. The level of fuckery was strong in this one; the amount of times I wanted to scream at these people for choosing to do the absolute worst on A LOOP, I’ve lost count.
You actually see it and you want to yell at them to just NOT. But they do it anyway.

Release, book 3, made me question my sanity.
Regardless of some elements which clearly didn’t age well in this series (aka the pics and video he took of her IYKYK), why on earth is this girl the way that she is?
At least _he_ had a f***ed up childhood and let’s face it, the guy in any ‘romance’ is usually a total dick, but a romance this is not. If only I wasn’t invested in the drama lol

when I realised Adrianna was a minor I was tempted to give it up right there and then. She’s 17 by the end of book 1, but still.
While Kova doesn’t come across as predatory, by the end he’s manipulative, controlling & takes away her chance to compete on a gaslighting whim.
The drama in her PoV was addictive and I was rooting for her halfway through.
