I find it really interesting how none of the adults in Harry's life (including teachers & random wizarding ppl on the street who for someone creepy reason knew who he was at a glance) never did anything to even TRY at bettering his life situation. It's obvious that he's being mistreated and abused and for whatever reason NOT ONE adult ever tried to help Harry.
