Damn, that climax was good. I almost cried.

I think I've figured out what it is about the ENT relaunch novels. Trip's story is incredibly good, whenever each book spends a bit of time covering it the whole thing instantly gets better.

Okay, I think the massive time jumps are finally over and we see the conclusion of the war in 2160. Let's see.

I'm definitely enjoying this book more than the last, although the way each chapter jumps forward months and months at a time takes a bit of getting used to.

Hold up, "Operation Hotspur"? Am I getting a Hornblower vibe?!

On holiday and ready to polish this one off so I can get onto Rise of the Federation! Can't wait!
