Spoiler alert: I never expected to enjoy such epic themes in a creation story as fiery romance and gut-busting comedy, respect for women’s rights to own their bodies and to be self-determined, and warrior twins who do not kill merely for sport but who raise their weapons only when they mean to restore order and peace to the world. And yet, it’s all here in the Diné bahane’!
