Lena wrote: "Why is her sister sick?"Her sister is sick because she has a brain tumor right near the stem of her brain and the doctors aren't able to remove it so she is going through treatments to shrink it.

The doctor told the mom and Dani that Cassie wont be able to survive because of how big the tumor is and the mom doesn't want Cassie to worry so she decided not to tell he she's dying.
