I’m disappointed at this point. Fant offers some good thoughts, but they’re mired in an argument that is failing (so far) to defend the liberal arts in themselves. Instead, he makes education into theology and defends that.

I know that theology is a worthy pursuit! But I’d like Fant to tell me why the other liberal arts are worthy pursuits as well.
