I’m at a loss of words for how bad this book is. It’s downright inspiring how a book this poorly written can be as popular as it is. At this point it’s just a guilty pleasure & also it’s entertaining to see how much worse it can get. The smallest redeeming quality is the dragons who have more well written personality than any main character 💀

i really dont know what possesses me to continuously trust booktok. im barely on the first few chapters and the amount of eye rolling tropes is making me thank the universe that i didnt buy this book... i now have no expectations from this book but if i hear another girlie compare this to acotar, there's gonna be repercussions
