Finished self-reliance. Really solid essay, just not used to overtly optimistic about believe in your self and do not listen to others. I get the believe in yourself but not listening to others - or at least have an open mind opens up mistakes.

in addition, his works makes you want to be a better person through reading, being more in tuned with the soul of mind and body as well as faith and nature. I'd say his book is an ultimate self help book. really helps you to examine things more differently. I enjoy reading every word.

Finished 'history' essay as well as his transcendentalist and divinity scholar. my favorite would be American scholar because he explains this difference between materialistic and idealist person. His essays makes me strive to be a scholar and an idealist that looks at the world with child like wonder.

This time, like all times, is a very good one, if we know but know what to do with it.

damn.... I'm Speechless. I don't know what to say. Nature essay is really good. I don't know if there are words to say how well this essay was written. Seriously, no words to describe. It's just that good. know that the world exists for you build therefore your own world. As fast as you can conform your life to the pure idea in your mind, that will unfold its great proportions.

It's definitely a challenging book. Almost all of his messages that he relays is hard to fully understand, but once you get - you appreciate how sincere and true it is. What I enjoy about this book/collection of essays is how you can read the same words over and over again and not get bored with it. You have to actively participate with the book. One of the most enjoyable reads I have read so far :)
