Chapter 35 bothers me. It annoys me in each book but I feel compelled to call it out this time. Trespassing, breaking and entry, and three of them make it a conspiracy to do so - now it’s a federal offense! Not only should amateur sleuths know and do better but Chelsea is engaged to an actual detective on the actual police force. She alone should know better plus she puts Wayne’s job at risk.
