Although I hate Orion, his PoV in the prison is FINALLY a move out of this rut! We’ve been treading the same tired story in the same tired setting for 3,000 pages now. At least Orion’s move to the prison is a chance of scenery and an inner monologue about something NEW.

Orion got arrested and I CACKLED. The fact that people are going “we’ll save you, we’ll make this right!” instead of “you ffucked your student?” Is both concerning and entertaining. Like, my dude, you are guilty, no one is framing you, you are not the victim, the teenager you had sex with is.

That entire last chapter was useless??? We learned nothing, no plot is being advanced, and it’s driving me up the godsdamned wall 😤 there are some semi-decent plot points that are literally just on pause rn with no advancement so we can watch darcy and orion fuck and like I WANNA KNOW WHAT’S GOING ON WITH DARIUS’ MOM DAMMIT
