chaol meets and befriends aedion. finds out aedion isnt such a whore and has been saving people. work with ren and the other dude to try and rebuild aelins court. other dudes been sent somewhere. aedion gets captured. chaol and ren decide to rescue him.

we meet manon. she kills the crochan. she is then summoned by her bitch-ass grandma. She meets titus. titus dies. she chooses abroxos. she wins the war games. there's something wrong with the meat. she kills the crochan at the end, but what the crochan says abt her being made into a monster sticks with her.

Celeana continues to train and wakes up earlier to train by herself. She finds out abt mates, and the story behind Rowan and his tattoo and finds out abt lorcan. Rowan finds out why she wont return as Aelin and abt Sam.Celeana learns how to make the shields and weapons and is excelling in her training. Adarlan sends its troops and its monster which is killing the fae.Rowans missing, he disappeared from aelin in woods

Celeana had the encounter in the woods with her past. Bodies have turned up of demi-fae. She told Rowan abt Nehemia and what happened to her. Celeana leaves. ROwan rescues her. They argue. They visit the village. They train and start to get to know eachother. Emeris tells his stories. Luca is used for training and nearly dies by the eyeball thing. Celeana has a burnout.
