Fantastic so far. So much better than I was expecting.

Off again on my quest to read the biggest and best novels of all time. Up next, ‘Middlemarch’. I have always heard it’s a deliciously difficult read but quite satisfying as well.
I am one chapter in and am already bewitched by the characters and writing.
“Miss Brooke had that kind of beauty which seems to be thrown into relief by poor dress.” What a perfect opening line.
