Some people say only work in one project but in the book author observed superstars are working around five projects compared to their peers, instead of same projects they seek out new projects to learn and impact more, and they are creative, they ask questions, ideate , share past experience and create continually mental models. Nice examples

Second chapter is about teams. Many interesting topics and especially one sticks for me. Nowadays there are discussions around remote, hybrid or work from office. In this chapter the author was explaining the importance of eye contact and silent eye test. By seeing others eyes we are able to understand their emotions and challenges

Restarting, I started during winter and stopped around page fifty. Finished the first chapter about motivation. Nothing new but reminder as motivation, especially self motivation is important. Taking activities, actions and outcomes under our control and feeling ownership and empowerment is the key for motivation
