"You must eat something every 3 to 4 hours even if you're not hungry, but don't stuff yourself. Eat until you're no longer hungry." No matter how many times you copy and paste that, it's still pretty contradictory. How do you eat until you're not hungry if you weren't even hungry when you started eating? I think this book is giving my brain a real workout.

So glad to finally be near finishing this awful book. It's offensive how much paper got wasted posting the same dang thing over and over again!

For a dieting book, this book sure has been unnecessarily fattened. Four meals a day, yet he copies & pastes the same drink list for 3 out of every four meals. Unnecessary page padding! Also many of the "meals" are what I would call a light snack. I'd probably starve to death in the first week on this diet. And only one small cup of coffee per day? Screw that! One large cup is my minimum! LOL
