I’ve only read one jasmine guillory book (the wedding date), it was alright I guess. Nothing to like make me excited to read more but because everyone else loves her and i wanted to support the black romance writer…but now I’m reading the proposal and I can’t stop rolling my eyes. The dialogue is so cringe and like robotic. Nobody talks like this. I think I might actually hate it, contemplating not finishing
