Wowie this book is such a quick read yayyy

rereading this cause i pushed for it for book club and uhhhhh obviously i need to keep reading but i feel like my ratings for books are heavily influenced by my mental state going into them bc i have this book an easy five stars three years ago when i was in a resort in the summer carefree but rn im stressed as hell over school and this book is pissing me off but we’ll have to see

Oh hooray! They got very fancy degrees and jobs! I’m very happy that they managed to break the system, but I still don’t like Chiamaka’s attitude.

man. so jamie isn’t going to jail. but i’m happy with how his story ended.

If it really is this institutional then the only way I feel this could end is for the two of them to just leave and find a way to inform others about it so they don’t fall into the same trap….I mean. If they could burn down the school that would be great too 🤷‍♀️
