I am a little confused about why Jorge is suddenly having a change of heart. After all of this, I don't think he should try and go back. "Why should we just accept what WICKED is doing to us? I must leave" (37). This shows that Jorge wants to leave because he can't take this constant nonsense anymore.

I am surprised that Rat Man would even tell them that they officially had the Flare. It was astonishing to even dare to. For example, "The whole room turned silent, surprised at that last remark" (27). This shows that it was surprising to everyone that they officially had the flare and that he would tell them that.

WICKED is getting on my nerves because if they were good like Teresa say, why wouldn't they say what's going on? My point is that WICKED maybe really isn't good. "Sometimes I wonder if Teresa is crazy, if WICKED is so good then why would they lock me up in that white room, even if they did let me out like a month later" (7). This shows that WICKED maybe really is bad.
