Thomas has finally made a huge difference in the society that they are trapped in. He has figured out that every month a new person comes up the trap, however, a girl came up and she was the last of them. "She is the last one", is an important quote since now they know that no one else is coming up and they have to prosper with however many people they got. Also, he is like Thomas and remembers how they came up.

Right now in the book, Thomas is going into this room where they are doing something to him about the game. He doesn't like it and is felling worried. The setting takes place in a Maze that he is trapped in. Apperently this is a game and he is trying to get out. He is stuck in a house with kids he doesn't even know and they are very mean. This story couldn't take place in any other place since it is a cruel maze.

Right now in the story, Thomas is still siting under his tree admiring there conversations. He has only made one friend, but his friend is like family to him. The game hasn't started yet. Thomas is a person that is curios,boring, and questioning. He is curios because he always wants to know what is going on. Boring because he is just siting under a tree. Finally, questioning since all he is just asking questions.

Also, I'm the very beginning, he gets taken the the mean kids to a room where they call him weird stuff and he meats their leader. He later goes and just sits under a tree ears dropping on their conversations.

Right now in the book, Thomas has just got in the game, but hasn't started. He has met a lot of new kids, but they aren't very nice and kind of bullies. I chose this book because adventurous is my favorite type of theme and I here that is gets very good reports and people say it's realy good. This is why I want to read the book.
