How’s it going for you? I have it on my bookshelf afraid to start it.

Undeniably a challenging read! There are passages that are purposefully convoluted, many long-winded rantings, editor's notes, hundreds of other footnotes that sometimes last several pages...but it's at the same time darkly comical, always fascinating, and altogether terrifying to me.

The threat of "something is wrong" but not knowing what, never knowing what, just knowing it is...ngl last night before bed I straight up had to walk around my house and check every room because I was freaking myself tf out. For me, it's well worth the challenge!
