Again it amazes me how another one of Hadley’s patients was clairvoyant near the end of his life. He was worried she would get into an accident and didn’t get to warn her before he passed, but she recalled feeling the presence of a friend you can’t see and managed to avoid getting into an accident. How cool

I love how each chapter starts showing more of her relationship furthering, with her figuring out her wedding. Lily wasn’t much apart of this chapter but the brief moment between her and Allison as Lily passed was very sweet

Poor puppy Max lost both his parents in one day

My family has a history of Alzheimer’s like Edith had, so that’s not something I’m looking forward to, but I find it really interesting that she seemed to be clairvoyant while being between life and death.

I love how Hadley includes bits of her life in the stories about her hospice patients. I also love how Elizabeth influenced her life for the better

Sandra waited til her daughter was with her to go 🥺

Sue took a while to open up but ended up being the first person to include Hadley in her will and told her she’d be the first person to hug her when she made it to heaven 🥺
