I think this book is character driven. I think this because it seems to to follow the life of Montag. If it was setting driven, it would follow the progress and changes of the community that Montag lives in. If it was plot driven, it wouldn't just follow Montag the whole time, but you can say it might be a little plot driven.

I think the time that this book is set in is probably somewhere between 2300 and 2600. I say this, because although the book didn't mention any flying cars, or teleportation, there ways are insanely different from ours in the present. Firemen are supposed to put out fires in the present, but in Montag's world, firemen set fire to things, like houses and books.
