Notes:
(1) The new arc just kicked off, and so I'm reading this to refresh my memory.
- I've found it's a useful thing, when reading an ongoing series in singles, to hold off re-reading via trade until there's a practical purpose.
- The whole New Mexico era's been one long storyline, so this is extra-useful.
(2) I remember these issue being quick reads. Shouldn't take long.

Notes:
(1) This book only feels like half of an arc, like the trade should be ten issues long, but by convention they had to split it in two.
- It does a good job for what it is, but the axiom that modern stories read better in trade paperback might have to amended to reading better in omnibus.
- On the plus side, the battle lines are drawn and everyone has a clear mission.

Notes:
(1) It's a testament to the quality of the dialogue and depth of the characters that this horror series has gone nearly three full issues without any action.
- There's been murders but they've not been shown, only implied until the end of issue #28.
(2) We get a lot of exposition and backstory here.
- Most importantly, the the nature of Gabi and Riqui's relationship.
