just started reading a section called a state of grace, gellner was a swiftie confirmed

this is shedding so much light on therapy and the way it is approached, how it benefits from the way we need attention in our lives as much as we need a partner. gellner would probably hate me putting it this way but he is spitting facts and i am so here for it.

this is such an old copy of the book, from my mom's friend. the pages smell strongly of vanilla, and the book seems so fragile i'm afraid of opening it too far.
but i'm finally reading a non fiction book. it surely won't go by as fast as the fiction has recently, but i think i will enjoy it.
