Love this book! Mandatory read and resource for my family as we navigate life together. It is important to be able to put words, the proper words, to the thoughts and feelings we have. Additionally, it is critical to have strategies to address real-life scenarios that are happening. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Made Simple, is that resource, that will keep us moving forward.
