I find this author a little hard to relate to sometimes because she is married and has kids and most of her life revolves around her kids and family and my life is a lot different; however, it is interesting to see how other people's every day is.

I think it is odd how this author plans everything so much. She has so many lists and charts for her happiness project. She is very different than me because I am really disorganized and I usually don't write down things in lists and charts.

Make footprints is one of the things one a bloggers bucket list. This is inspiring because every day we have the chance to make a little footprint and some days we have the chance to make a big footprint, so we should always take a risk and do something amazing.

"People's lives are far more complicated than they appear to be on the outside." This is a really important thing to remember especially when we are in a bad mood. Sometimes we don't realize that the reason someone is being rude is maybe just because they are having a bad day.

The author talks about how she helps people think big. She helps her friend clean out her closet which, I think is kind of a weird way of thinking big.

I think that the blogs from people in the book are interesting because the reader can see many peoples different points of view. Everyone has different purposes for their own happiness project.

"Studies show that in a phenomenon called "emotional contagion," we unconsciously catch emotions from other people- wether good moods or bad ones. Taking time to be silly means that we're infecting one another with good cheer and people who enjoy silliness are 1/3 more likely to be happy.
