it wasnt bad but very VERY repetitive, super slow beginning. i sympathised with souad but i felt skeptical. it doesnt matter if it was fictional or not but to pretend it is real if it isnt makes me angry. idk what to believe but it felt very off. generally very bad writing. i really wanted to like it bcuz its 1 of arissas fave books but i just couldnt. bored until like 180 then i could acc read it.
