I stepping away with this book tonight. Tomorrow, I'll continue on but I suspect I'm going to stop reading it and make it a "did not finish" book. The Yards, amazing. Boomtown, WTF is this?!?!?!

Probably the last book I read by A.F. Carter. This story was good until it got in the weeds of unnecessary details.

I just skipped multiple chapters. This isn't written like a book. This reads like a movie and I'm not liking it anymore. A.F. Carter tried doing something he or she is not good at. I loved The Yards, passed on The Hostage, and was hoping Boomtown was going to be as good as The Yards. It's not. It's awful!

This book is getting boring boring boring. I don't remember getting bored with The Yards. What happen A.F. Carter?

This book is getting worse by the page.
