yes, she's an actress. she came from one of the best shows ever...the wire!!! i think she was in the last 3 seasons. she played a ruthless, 2nd in command hit girl for a major drug lord. from what i'm reading in the book, her life somewhat mirrored the character she played on the show.

if you ever have some free time and want to watch 5 seasons of an amazing show, i highly recommend the wire....ask your dad. dena, him and i use to have many discussions about that show...season after season.

the book is really good. a very easy read. i think i read the 1st 110 pages in the car riding to LA.

Can I borrow this book? I loved her in the wire too....she was my favorite character.

Okay I will have to see all of the seasons. I started at the third season and was all confused.... Are they out on DVD? Maybe I can rent them from Blockbuster?
