In conclusion Holden is just scared to grow up, he will rather be a child than an adult.

The story is about a a teenager named, Holden Caufield, he suffers a nervous breakdown because he got kicked out if a prestigious school called Pency Prep. he has been getting kicked out of different schools before too. The main character is depressing and sad because his younger brother has died around 3 years ago.

The main chateau shows how is the relationship between him and his roommates. They're always fighting, every time I read this book I feel like it's more interesting because the main character reminds me one of my friends that seems to be like the main character.
