This anti-China rant may almost have bases in reality, but it's not right. The lead-based toys and poisoned dog food he describes are nonexistent imports. "[T]he Chinese are pushing us around without fear of reprisal." he writes. That's business.

If the American infrastructure is falling apart, that means it's high time the government puts it back together with all of that money that other nations lack, right? Unless that's all just iou's... but I read a semi-recent book about Americans who had money, so that's most likely not the case!
