Natasha is a devil! She was talking to Truly and got angry at her. She screamed," But maybe you mean that if a person realizes he or she has been a betraying, lying, conniving douche, who doesn't even know how to be a decent friend? It would be better for that person to just go ahead and die"(242). This proves that Natasha is a devil because she is saying that she doesn't care about Truly and saying she is worthless.

An example of figurative language in my book is," No, that's okay or water under the bridge or we both did things we could share blame for or anything"(203). This means that Marilicia and Natasha's fighting and bad relationship have ended. The phrase, water under the bridge, means that everything is over and they have moved on and are friends again. They are not mad at each other anymore.

Natasha is accused of cyber bullying herself. She is using a different user saying mean things about herself. The text says," And then somebody else (or maybe the same person, pretending to be somebody else) added, one minute later, under it: Everybody hates you! You have no friends AT ALL"(170). This shows that Natasha is "bullying herself" to get attention because she is very clever and wants attention.

Lulu is a gossiper. She gossips about everything and speaks her mind. She also talks about people badly when they are standing right there. She says," That was pretty crappy, don't you think"(139)? This proves that Lulu is a gossiper because she is talking behind Truly's back even though she is with them and in the room.

Natasha is a really mean person. She is always trying to make everyone around her feel bad about themselves. The text says," The only thing that stings more than my knee-gash is how Natasha keeps glaring at me"(119). This shows that Natasha is mean because she is purposely trying to make Truly feel uncomfortable and insecure about how she looks.

Everyone thinks that Truly's mom is very difficult to talk to sometimes. Brooke was talking with Truly and Truly brought up her mom in a story. The text says," She knows my mom is not the easiest person to deal with..."(62). This proves that Truly's mom is difficult because her friend thinks so too and it could of only been Truly just saying that because she is her mom and most people talk badly about their parents.

Hazel is determined. In the book, her best friend, Truly, was excluding her and being mean. Hazel wants to stop that. She states," Something had to be done, and I was the girl to do it"(51). This proves that she is determined because she is pushing herself to do the right thing and change the problem that she is facing.
