This will be a quick summary about this book, so the story starts of with a boy named Daniel. Daniel has football practice but then he gets this thing he calls "The Zap" where he would become all sweaty and uncontrollable. He is going to this dance where he gets The Zap and has to flicker the lights which he is embarrassed after that. There is a girl named Sara that also experiences the "Zap" like Daniel.

The five types of conflict that this book could have it is centered around one, character vs. self. It's about how this character, Daniel is now finding out he has OCD and doesn't know what's happening to him. In the book he keeps mentioning how he says "The zap" where he can't control himself and has heavy breathing, thats why this book would be character vs. self.

Out of the five types of conflict that this book has one certain conflict, character vs. self. This book is centering around what a person with OCD struggles with and Daniel who is the main character is finding out he has this. There are multiple people in the book that help him with this and thats the reason why it's character vs. self.

There are all sorts of audiences and purposes that this book has but I think it's main direct is towards people who has ODC. It shows the a middle school boy where you can see what someone with ODC has and his perspective. The purpose of this book is showing what people with ODC goes through and the struggles they face however everyone is different so it would not be exactly how it is through the book.
