let's try this again. if i don't finish this book this time around, i give someone permission to push me into oncoming traffic. this is my THIRD time trying to read this and its not because i don't love it, I ADORE THIS BOOKS STYLE IN ALL FORMS. i am just an unmotivated piece of crap who thinks "ahhhh 700+ huge pages with small words ahhhh!!!". so, seriously. i need empire of the damned and i need to finish this

starting this over as I dnf'd it like a year ago due to it giving me a literal existential crisis even though I absolutely LOVED it so far. lets see if i can emotionally handle it this time around *crosses fingers*
