Mostly all side characters inside of Harry Potter are needed because most of the time they save him and develop his character. Some side characters are the reason why Harry can use spells and is even living right now. Ron from Harry Potter has saved him multiple times and the same with Dumbledore.

I predict that in this book a student at Hogwarts named Draco Malfoy will attack students and then let a large group of evil wizards named death eaters into the school which will cause a battle around it. The leader of this group named Voldemort will most likely attack Harry Potter but he will manage to defeat him causing death eaters to retreat from the school.

The archetype for my book would either be Voyage or Overcoming the monster. Overcoming the monster could be a viable archetype because in this book Harry Potter has to fight Voldemort just like how he does in every single other book. But the argument for voyage could be that After Harry goes to Hogwarts He has to overcome a threat and then return with more knowledge on magic.
