I was shocked when Ron and Hermoine wanted to join Harry and Harry told them that he should go alone. Ron and Hermoine have gone with Harry in all of his adventures so I would think Harry would not hesitate to ask them to go with him. I can infer that Harry just wants to keep Ron and Hermoine safe and that is why he wants to go alone.

I like how the Durlseys are kind to Harry when they depart from each other. Dudley even makes Harry tea which is hilarious to me. But it shows how even rotten children can change and become good people.
