I love it! Oh, I have missed this cast of characters. Barbara would be welcomed by numerous fans if she produced many more. Despite not being a patron of her usual romance outlets, this fantasy series and the deep-laughing humour of dialogue and thoughts, are among my most favourite series that I've ever read!

I longed to read this and was sorry it was an electronic book only. It enfuriates me if authors do that. Without print fans, there'd be no new bookshops, let alone our mountainous support of the secondhand industry. I'd never touched a 'kindle' and COULDN'T read it; until discovering you can download one for a PC. I wish Barbara would continue her wondrous series but am thrilled to read this extra piece at last!
