After coming out of something as simplistic as TMI, it's taking me longer to read this than I'd like. I'm not struggling with the vocabulary, it's just the fact that the writing style contrasts so much to that of the YA I have just left that it's taking me a while to get used to the more complex literary piece.

PUTTING THIS DOWN FOR A BIT. Not because I don't like it, I've actually enjoyed the small amount that I've read. The reason is because I'm struggling to get through it because of my current YA mindset, so I'm going to finish TMI/TID and then come back to this.
