dnf @ page 38. the scene where she finds out her mother is in the hospital up to where she passed away is completely unrealistic. amelia doesn’t experience any feelings of confusion or denial? really? the author rushed through these moments that could’ve been monumental. i just couldn’t take any of it seriously (also the way her mom injured herself?? i feel like an AI must’ve had something to do with that)
