Eye-opening. There was no friends helping me, no one made the phone calls but ME, no friends stopped by, none brought over food, they did NOTHING, same with guys from the firehouse and Gary's own family. NOTHING! I feel more alienated and angry as I go through this book. I've said it before and I'll say it again, it should've been me. FLM.
