This book is about a virus that the gov't believes cures cancer, but everyone keeps dying after they are infected. The virus was found in the jungles of South America and now they are testing it on death row inmates. The Gov't then decides it needs to check to see if the virus works on people who don't have a violent past, and they kidnap a 6 year old girl. They are now just bringing her into the compound.
