The Seals to be are doing their combat run during the third phase. They are very close to graduation now.

They are now learning the procedure for the second type of dive rig. This one takes longer to prepare and break down, but is better in the water.

The number is now around 22 recruits and they are going through pool comp. this is an important part of training.

While the trainees are in post-hell week, Couch goes and talks with instructors and DORs about how they are feeling.

Hell week is over and the men basically get to just eat and sleep for the next 4 days until Monday!

It's the last day of Hell week and the 19 left are doing very well for the condition they are in. The instructors are impressed.

Hell week has begun and a lot of the trainees have DOR'd already. There are about 20 recruits left of around 75.

The trainees are preparing for hell week! Their numbers are around 45 now.

They have practiced boat landings at both night and day. The things the boat teams have been doing are unreal.

The they constantly being drilled and are doing a new one called PT logs with Giants lengths of sandy telephone poles.
