Rape, rape, and more rape. like we get it. William is a bad awful no good bad person. how many detailed and drawn out rape scenes do we need?
The themes/setting/whatever else this book wanted to accomplish could have been achieved in maybe 500 pages. When he sticks to setting up the world it's fine if not boring. But he cannot write characters or human interactions. Like at all.
