i loved how Jem got in trouble with Atticus because of what he did with miss Dubose’s flowers, but it was nice that he read to her and kind of helped with her addiction. The rabid dog was really interesting because it was the second weird thing that happened in Maycomb. we found out why the book was named To Kill A Mockingbird, so that was really cool as well. Im loving

Honestly, I did not really like the ending, because everything that I wanted to happen didn't. It was a huge surprise. It was a good ending, but I like happy endings, but this one was not really considered happy. I wished some of the events that happened were different. Overall I liked the book and I can see where the author made her points in the story.

the trial started, which was really weird because i wasn't really sure who was going to win. When the trial started I thought Mayella was going to win because when she was explaining her side of the story it sounded very convincing, but then Tom said his side and it was even more convincing. I really like the trial because I like going back and forth between sides.

I’m not so sure about Aunt Alexandra coming to live with Scout, Jem, and Atticus. Her personality is very rude in my opinion, because she always acts different. Also the fact that Dill has a new parent and is not going to come down to Maycomb is kind-of sad. I’m really exited to see how the book plans out with Aunt Alexandra.

when miss Maudies house burnt down it was really scary and suspenseful because i thought she was dead until she showed up later in that chapter. When Scout and Jem saw the soap carvings of them, that was the really interesting part because it makes you think who made them. when Boo apparently put the cover around Scout it also makes you think did he really do that

i love how dill always dares Jem to touch the Radley house even though he is scared of it too. The Radley house is really spooky the way that scout imagined it. when they find things in the Knot-hole i think that is also really cool a spooky at the same time. I really like the book so far, because it has a lot of detail that i really like.
