The author, Daniel Burton-Rose, is an old friend of mine. I helped him edit a book 10 years ago about the WTO protests in Seattle (in which I participated & was imprisoned for). The book is about the George Jackson Brigade, a group of underground revolutionaries in the 70's, who robbed banks to finance their activities. Burton-Rose has unearthed the Brigade's communiques that explain the context of their work.
