I kinda love how they take the time to talk about emotional abuse by partners and not gloss over it but subtly introduce it to us(the readers) and not just make it as just quirks and people lost if the relationship fails. Like yes, that can happen but I like the slow burn of the relationship and not the swift jump to the next relationship.
